Clinic Operations Executive/Clinic Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth clinic functioning and patient flow.
  • Manage and lead a team of clinic assistants.
  • Prepare staff rosters, manage leave schedules, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and collection processes.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage the inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
  • Assist Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations and resource utilisation to ensure cost-efficient and effective management of the clinic.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategies, proposals and activities to improve work processes and service quality, working in collaboration with HQ
  • Support doctors in clinic operations and assist in implementing new systems or procedures.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
  • Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinic, insurance providers program and process.
  • Knowledge of clinic operations, Medisave/CHAS processes, HSG, and EMR systems (e.g. SGIMED, Clinic Assist, Plato, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to various clinic locations
