As a Clinical Assistant at J Medical, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Registering Patients

Taking Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, and Temperature Measurements

Screening for Presenting Complaints

Assessing Eligibility for Government Subsidies (SFL/HSG/CHAS/PG/MG/Medisave/Flexi/TPA/Insurance), performing claims and updating patient profiles accordingly

Classifying Patients into Acute vs. Chronic vs. Surgical OR Short vs. Long Consultations

Performing ECGs

Dispensing Medications and Providing Counseling

Collecting Payments

Managing Patients' Expectations On-Site

Dispatching Blood Tests

Familiarizing Yourself with Medications and Equipment Locations
