· Prompts respond on call, email or fax enquiry.

· Ensure prompt attention on pre-alert received from Customer service or overseas Agent.

· Ensure correct and on time booking for Export are completed by Staff.

· Ensure correct job information entered in system are accurate (Blujay/(KEF)/TMS/Sysfreight)

· Ensure correct handling of import clearance

· Ensure all shipment clearance (Sea and air) compliance according to Singapore controlling agency requirement.

· Ensure all inbound shipment are handle and clear on time.

· Ensure all collection and delivery to/from Customer are on time.

· Ensure delivery information are updated in the system accurately and timely.

· Ensure charges are entered into the system accurately and bill accordingly.

· Ensure import and export permit are declare in advance prior to shipment arrival or departure.

· Ensure CMB submitted on timely basis.

· Ensure GST amount on permits is declare correctly before submission.

· Ensure all filing of documentation are done correctly and properly.

· Billing of jobs within 2 days after shipment completion

· Email invoices to the respective account holder on timely basis.
