Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project delivery—from initial planning and scoping through execution, launch, and post-launch support.Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and milestones for onboarding divisions to DRE platform products.Coordinate infrastructure engineering projects including architecture design, build, integration, testing, and operational readiness.Facilitate alignment between engineering, operations, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and delivery outcomes.Conduct regular status updates, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed.Ensure technical and operational documentation is complete and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.Support quality assurance, change management, and post-deployment reviews for continuous improvement.Establish delivery standards, improve workflows, and support team retrospectives to refine delivery processes.What Success Looks Like

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.3+ years of experience managing technical projects in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems.Strong understanding of software or infrastructure engineering practices including CI/CD, system design, and production operations.Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skilled in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace).Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience working in agile, iterative delivery environments.Preferred Qualifications
Background in infrastructure/platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).Experience with enterprise-wide system migration projects.
