Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts – daily communication via email, Zoom, and in-person.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of creative, advertising, and digital campaigns from brief to final execution.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, and Production teams to deliver strategic, high-impact solutions.
- Integrate AI tools and automation to enhance research, creative development, and campaign performance.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, timelines, quotations, and post-campaign reports.
- Drive client retention and acquisition through strategic relationship management.
- Monitor budgets, invoices, and monthly financial performance for assigned accounts.
- Conduct market research to strengthen campaign strategies and competitive positioning.
- Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings both internally and with clients.
