Planning Office for Asia - Corporate Communications, Asia(POA-CC)Corporate Communications InternInternship Period: 12 January July 2026Job Description:The role will enable the intern to work on a range of projects related to new ways of communication in the region across our internal and external platforms. There will also be opportunities to learn about the various aspects of corporate communication scope of work and gain meaningful and relevant skill sets.The individual is expected to bring to the team fresh perspective of adopting new tools and digital platforms that will complement traditional channels to communicate and engage with our external and internal audiences. The intern with Corporate Communications will also get to:
• Develop and produce creative content at the bank wide level for various communication channels such as the regional Intranet, PRISM.
• Develop contents that will be posted on digital / social media such as LinkedIn and global website to raise the MUFG corporate profile as well as promote employer branding
• Monitor media news, support in media outreach and media clipping reports and share the outcome of the media releases with the internal stakeholders.
• Support the comms members in co-creating contents and partner regional stakeholders with their activities or regional campaigns and events such as townhall sessions, Job Requirements:
• Background in Business, Arts, Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, SharePoint, Canva
• Excellent writing skills in English, with a flair for creative writing
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and must be an adaptable team player
• Familiar with creative content production such as developing infographics, podcast and video editing will be a plus
