Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals, including identifying new markets and overseeing investment projects like new openings or refurbishments.
  • Drive operational efficiency through SOP implementation, training, audits, and compliance with quality, service, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and coach the Operations Team, ensuring clear performance metrics and individual development plans are in place and actively managed.
  • Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure resource optimization, performance standards, and consistent guest experience.
  • Set sales, cost, and expense targets; monitor P&L items; and ensure budget adherence for operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across all channels to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and opportunities for growth or innovation.
  • Ensure all restaurants comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while proactively managing operational risks.
  • Recommend and implement refurbishment plans, remodels, and brand alignment initiatives based on industry trends and customer expectations.
  • Perform additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, or related.
  • 8–10 years' experience in F&B operations.
  • Strong leadership with a track record of driving teams and results.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and business-focused decision-maker.
  • Experience in managing multiple brands and outlets.
  • Well-versed in industry trends and best practices.
  • Adaptable, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
