Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Food Technologist Interns to join our team The internship offers hands-on experience in food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Support in conducting physico-chemical tests, sensory evaluations, and microbiological analyses of food products.
  • Help provide training on GMP, food hygiene, and food safety to production staff.
  • Assist in shelf-life testing and quality monitoring of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Help maintain laboratory cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Support in arranging external calibration and ordering lab consumables and equipment.
  • Participate in factory inspections and internal audits.
  • Coordinate with external pest control service providers.
  • Provide support during external food safety audits.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the QA/Management team.

Job Requirements (What We Are Looking For):

  • Pursuing tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in food quality and safety standards (ISO, SFA, Halal, etc.).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
