**Responsibilities**:
We are searching for an experienced and energetic food technologist to join our team. The Food Technologist will be required to support product, packaging and process development. You will be assisting in the creation of healthier food products and meals.
- Gather data and results of experiments to define product specifications.
- Prepares food samples and materials required for tests to determine ingredients and product specifications.
- Supports the development of food manufacturing processes by assisting in addressing issues faced in food production processes to resolve production, and quality and regulatory compliance issues.
- Required to work in a food science laboratory and should be meticulous in checking that food materials are available before verifying protocols to be used before conducting trials.
- Should be able to analyse and explore solutions to address issues.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in food science/ food technology or related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous, a critical thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter attitude, strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work effectively & independently
