Brief Description:

As a Content & Community Executive for Vidacity and the group of companies, you will lead the storytelling and engagement efforts that bring our sustainability mission to life. This role blends content creation, event coordination, and relationship building, with the goal of growing Vidacity's presence and fostering a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, partners, and changemakers.

Scope of Work:

As a Content & Community Executive, you will be part of the Content & Community division of the Marketing team, and be expected to:

  • Develop and manage content for Vidacity's social media, newsletters, and website.
  • Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions to engage startups, partners, and the public.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, collaborators, and media partners.
  • Create compelling stories, visuals, and campaigns that showcase Vidacity's initiatives and impact.
  • Support the marketing team in brand development and campaign execution.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, collect feedback, and recommend strategies to improve outreach.
  • Maintain a library of content assets, including event photos, videos, and case studies.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by your reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in community engagement, content creation, or events (fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to write engaging copy.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Passion for sustainability, entrepreneurship, or community building is a strong advantage.
