We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in managing cleaning teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency and quality across all cleaning services

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, lead, and motivate cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Plan, organize, and manage staff schedules, rosters, and task assignments.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
  • Train and mentor new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory effectively.
  • Handle and resolve staff or client complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff to address needs and expectations.
  • Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and use software/tools to manage schedules and operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management.
  • Proven track record of managing cleaning teams and ensuring service excellence.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with cleaning management software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and operating cleaning equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $2,700.00 per month
