Insight Sales Specialist (B2B) - M.Dai
Our client is seeking a sales professional that involves strengthening relationships with existing clients, securing new business opportunities, and executing targeted sales initiatives to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
- Build strong client relationships to maximize account potential, improve retention, and minimize competitor influence.
- Develop and execute personal sales strategies to increase share of wallet and expand customer base.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company offerings and market trends to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure pricing agreements meet profitability standards and comply with internal guidelines.
- Keep customer records, sales activities, and account information updated in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve service, billing, or account-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong results orientation with a proactive and resilient mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital aptitude.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
