Insight Sales Specialist (B2B) - M.Dai

Our client is seeking a sales professional that involves strengthening relationships with existing clients, securing new business opportunities, and executing targeted sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
  • Build strong client relationships to maximize account potential, improve retention, and minimize competitor influence.
  • Develop and execute personal sales strategies to increase share of wallet and expand customer base.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company offerings and market trends to deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure pricing agreements meet profitability standards and comply with internal guidelines.
  • Keep customer records, sales activities, and account information updated in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve service, billing, or account-related issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong results orientation with a proactive and resilient mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong digital aptitude.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
