DESIGNATION : Learning & Development Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- **Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day general administration of L&D Department**:
- ** Maintaining and updating training matrix records of internal and external training programs**:
- Assist in preparing training materials for in-house training programs
- Amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Ensure that approved and selected external training programs are efficiently executed, including logistics and administrative matters
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Update and maintain the training database to enable and facilitate analysis and management decision-making
- Assist in any other ad hoc matters, when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Business Studies or equivalent
- ** Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in related field**:
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Permanent Full Time role
- 5 working days, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.30pm)
- Two ways company transport provided at Boon Lay / Pioneer MRT station
