Handle Crew Payroll

Candidates' Profile

  • Strong in AR
  • Able to handle high volume of invoices and meet deadline in payment
  • Able to manage high complexity of AR invoices
  • AR billing, AR receipt, cash flow report and invoice submission to cilents portal
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders for AR matters
  • Payroll billing for crew (400 pax)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process high volume of Accounts Receivable  work.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients and affiliates
  • Process and record customer payments (Oracle & Excel)
  • Handle billing for Crew payroll (400 pax)
  • Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable  records and update customer details.
  • Assist in month-end closing and generate Accounts Receivable  aging reports.
  • Collaborate and follow up  with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Handle Crew Payroll billing
  • Proficient in Excel
