You will be responsible for the following:
- plan and manage resources, including procurement and finance;
- track deliverables;
- develop collaborative agreements;
- communicate research outcomes to a variety of stakeholders
- coordinate the management of EHI's multidisciplinary research programmes
- design and manage procurement contracts
- manage EHI's IP portfolio and collaborative agreements
(What we are looking for)
**Requirements**:
- Experience in managing public health research project(s)/programme(s) will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and lead a team in a dynamic environment
- High capacity for strategic and scientific critical thinking
- Inquisitive, innovative, and resourceful
- Excellent management and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent command of spoken and written English;
- Familiarity with budget management, government procurement, collaboration agreements will be an advantage
