About the role

JTU Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing a range of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. This is a full-time position based in our Ubi Avenue 3 office.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing and recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities
  • Providing support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts officer or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as OCI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices will be advantage
