About the role
Join IEG Oilfield Services Pte. Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Assistant in our Tuas West Region office. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our oilfield services and products.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with data entry, documentation control, and record keeping in accordance with QMS standards.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to quality documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for inspection schedules and follow-up.
- Assist in preparing and updating quality control documents, checklists, and reports.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Quality department.
- Training will be provided.
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Must be able to communicate in english
