Position Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting all outbound shipment activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This includes coordinating export documentation, verifying permits, ensuring shipment accuracy, and maintaining 5S and safety standards within the logistics (export) premises.

Job Description:

  • Support and handle all outbound logistics matters to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Perform verification of export permits and declarations in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure shipment accuracy, including correct delivery addresses and supporting documents.
  • Monitor and coordinate with freight forwarders to achieve on-time delivery for all outbound shipments.
  • Maintain and promote 5S and safety compliance across logistics (export) areas.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure readiness of goods and documentation prior to shipment.
  • Assist in resolving any outbound or export-related issues promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities related to outbound processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in logistics or shipping preferred (fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics will also be considered).
  • Familiar with export documentation and permit declaration systems (e.g., TradeNet).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and basic customs regulations.
  • Familiar with 5S principles and workplace safety practices.
  • A team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
