  • Conduct comprehensive KYC and AML reviews for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and other customer segments, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform detailed SOW (Scope of Work) benchmarking and write-up, providing clear documentation and insights for risk assessment and decision-making.
  • Lead or participate in holistic customer reviews, including risk profiling, source of wealth/source of funds (SOW/SOF) analysis, and ongoing due diligence.
  • Manage cases independently, ensuring timely processing and resolution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather necessary information and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the system, adhering to compliance and audit requirements.
  • Track project status and generate Management Information (MI) reports to facilitate effective project monitoring, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with MAS and HKMA AML/CFT regulations, integrating regulatory changes into daily workflows.
  • Support team training and knowledge sharing to promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree with at least 3 years' experience in financial institutions, including SOW writing and corroboration of SOW/SOF.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and processes.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes of documentation under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive team player, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English, Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage as the role requires some understanding of documents in Mandarin from Head Office.
