The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a KYC Analyst (Bank | SOW/PR)
  • Starts off as 12months contract with high chance for extension/conversion

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced KYC Specialists to join our team in a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML/KYC processes, particularly in Private Banking and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) segments. This role requires full-time onsite presence and immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct holistic KYC reviews, including Source of Wealth (SOW) benchmarking, write-ups, and risk assessments.
  • Independently manage case reviews and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with MAS and HKMA AML/CFT regulations.
  • Support client onboarding for investment products and ensure alignment with internal compliance standards.
  • Provide accurate status tracking and Management Information (MI) reporting for project monitoring and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC/AML within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MAS and HKMA AML/CFT regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with Private Banking and HNWI customer segments will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in similar AML/KYC projects is preferred.
  • Must be able to work onsite 100% of the time and onboard onto internal systems.
