Full-Time Trainee Baker

Working Hours: 3:00 am - 12:00pm (overtime as needed)
Working Days: Every 4days' of work, 1day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & PH)
Job Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut and prepare various raw ingredients (e.g., vegetables) according to recipes and production schedules.
- Assist in cooking and preparing sandwich fillings according to standardized recipes.
- Cooking of ingredients, ensuring proper food safety temperatures and cooking processes.
- Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standardized recipes, portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
- Package finished sandwiches and food items according to packaging specifications, ensuring proper sealing and presentation.
- Maintain a clean. organized and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils and work surfaces before, during and after use.
- Collaborate effectively with other production staffs to achieve daily production targets.
Job Requirements:
- SINGAPOREANS ONLY
- No experience required as training will be provided.
- Thrives and adapt to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit - Able to stand for long period and carry heavy loads.
- Able to work early morning shift, weekends and public holidays.
