In this role, you'll play a key part in medication management, counselling patients with clarity and compassion, and supporting our clinical team to ensure the highest standard of care. We value professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.

Summary:

  • Location: West/Central/East Region
  • Working Hours: Office Hours/Shift settings

Responsibilities

  • To deliver a high standard of pharmacy services to both inpatients and outpatients in a multi-disciplinary setting.
  • To be involved in clinical and administrative duties.
  • To develop and review services provided by the Pharmacy department such that the profession keeps abreast in providing timely and cost-efficient pharmacy services to the community.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
