We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Group Human Resources team as an Employer Branding & Employee Experience Specialist.
You will play a key role in shaping how the organisation is perceived by both potential and current employees—supporting talent attraction, strengthening engagement, and fostering a positive, fulfilling employee experience.

Job Scope:
- Shape Employer Branding Strategies
Develop and implement employer branding strategies across various channels, including social media, websites, external media, and internal communications to showcase the organisation's culture, values, and employee value proposition. - Drive Content Creation and Management
Create engaging content such as stories and videos that highlight the employee experience. This includes interviewing employees, developing narratives, and producing content in suitable formats. - Implement Employee Experience Initiatives
Drive programmes and events that build community, engagement, and satisfaction among employees, including regional initiatives. - Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor brand performance and employee engagement metrics. Translate insights into recommendations that improve messaging, campaigns, and overall strategy. - Drive Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across initiatives. - Encourage Employee Advocacy
Develop initiatives that inspire employees to share their experiences and act as ambassadors for the organisation. - Conduct Market Research and Benchmarking
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine employer branding and employee experience efforts.
Skills We Value
i. Ability to develop and execute effective employer branding and employee engagement strategies.
ii. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in storytelling.
iii. Analytical ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable plans.
iv. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
v. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva is an advantage.
