Client Service Executive

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused individual to join our team in a Client Servicing and Account Management role. This is a client-facing position focused on building and maintaining strong business relationships with our key partners (specifically car dealers). You will play a critical role in nurturing these partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving business growth through excellent service and support.

Job Objective:
You will be playing a Client Servicing, Account Management role whose duties include both building strong business relationships with clients (car dealers) and helping with the backend processing of their transactions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing account management and client engagement
- Perform brief KYC checks on newly onboarded dealers
- Foster strong relationships with dealers/referrers to promote business transactions
- Cross-sell products and services from Dickson Group
- Educate and assist dealers with workflow for submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
- Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
- Build relationship with bankers and work closely with them so as to keep abreast of latest guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills to meet reporting deadlines
- Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
- Flexible, friendly, helpful nature and a team player
- At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role (automotive industry experience is an added advantage)
