Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and corporate HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain plant operations at optimal conditions.
  • Conduct regular plant patrols to uphold reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Perform sampling and in-process quality control (QC) analysis.
  • Prepare master batch sub-raw materials based on production requirements.
  • Assist the Shift Superintendent during plant emergencies with prompt and appropriate actions.
  • Perform basic maintenance on plant equipment when needed.
  • Support other departments (Technical, Distribution, Sales) during daily operations and product commissioning.
  • Participate in Emergency Response Team duties during incidents.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant.
Job Requirements
  • NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology (or equivalent)
  • Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts on Jurong Island
  • No prior experience required — training provided (2–3 weeks)
  • Hands-on and multi-tasking attitude required
