About us

We are a small, growing engineering & service company working in the process industry (tank terminals, refineries, marine loading systems). We focus on reliable, safe and hands-on work – not on corporate politics. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a practical, experienced Technician who enjoys real engineering work on the ground and is looking for a stable, long-term job.

Your Role

In this role, you will:

  • Perform mechanical maintenance, repair and overhaul work loading arms, piping and related equipment
  • Support field service jobs at terminals and industrial sites (mainly Singapore)
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting, adjustment and replacement of parts
  • Work in our workshop (disassembly, inspection, reassembly, testing)
  • Follow safety procedures (LOTO, PPE, permits) and quality standards
  • Keep simple service reports and handover notes in English
  • Work closely with a small, supportive team and report directly to the Lead Engineer

Your Profile

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have experience as a technician in the process industry, terminal operations, marine, mechanical workshop, rotating equipment, or similar
  • Are hands-on: you like tools, machines, and solving practical problems
  • Can read basic technical drawings / P&IDs (or are willing to learn)
  • Are comfortable working at terminals / industrial sites (sometimes at height, outdoor, hot environment)
  • Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
  • Communicate in basic English (speaking & writing) – perfect grammar is not required
  • Prefer stable, long-term work in a small, respectful team instead of "big company politics"
