Job Description

ChartWorld are looking for an experienced Order Processing Expert to join our talented team in Singapore.

Your tasks

  • Manage and maintain databases of vessel inventories
  • Perform data quality checks for account setups, opportunities, and sales order
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Relations, and Operations
  • Drive continuous process improvements using existing and new systems
  • Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels at the ChartWorld Singapore office
  • Develop and maintain customer support materials such as user guides and reference documentation
  • Handle creation and management of shipment requests for onboarding and new edition supplies of physical publications
  • Coordinate and manage delivery of onboard/new edition for physical and digital publication
  • Work closely with the Data Department to ensure correct processing of the weekly catalogue and free resources
  • Generate weekly reports and supply new edition updates

What we need from you

  • Good IT skills
  • Previous experience in the maritime industry is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
  • Excellent English skills written and spoken.

This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations). Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.
