Since then, Mosca is in the Asia-Pacific region.We are pleased to invite dynamic and service-oriented individuals for the following position: ORDER PROCESSING COORDINATORResponsibilities
- Handle full set of shipping and LC documentation.
- Perform day to day order processing into the ERP system.
- Monitor status of orders and liaise with respective parties to ensure timely delivery.
- Attend to customer order, logistics and shipping enquiries. Engage and resolve logístical and shipping issue in a proactively and timely manner.
- Liaise with overseas and local vendors, freight forwarders and transporters with respect to any order processing and shipping related matters.
- Comparing and deal with quotes from freight forwarders.
- Supporting in accounting functions and related tasks. Such as, generating daily invoices and vendor invoices (receipt entry).
- Additional tasks assigned by the Operations ManagerRequirements
- Minimum O, A Level Qualification or above.
- At least 1 year working experience in order processing/customer service/logistics.
- LC and incoterms knowledge is a must
- Proficient in MS Office, Sage Accpac, SAP, or any related ERP system will be an advantage Able to work Independently, possess initiative and motivatedWork Information
- Working hours: 9am - 6 pm (5 days week) Salary SGD 2,800/- to SGD 3,000/- (Salary will commensurate according to experience and qualification) Only Singapore Citizens or PRs to apply
