Roles & Responsibilities
The role of the Data Analyst is to support CrescentRating's Market Analytics Performance Solutions. The trainee will focus on data management and upkeeping of global Muslim market data.
The Data Analyst is responsible for the implementation of market intelligence systems for the systematic collection and analysis of information about the market and trends in order to build competitive advantages.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide metrics or business data that can help to drive insights and manage performance.
3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
4. Conduct data analysis, data visualization, data auditing and quality check.
5. Be able to work with unstructured data.
6. Provide monthly reporting of data and conduct custom data analysis to generate insights.
7. Able to work with a large amount of data meticulously.
8. Proficient in using spreadsheets
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Interpretation of market analysis and identification of customer needs
2. Research methods of obtaining relevant information regarding potential and existing customers through profiling and segmentation techniques
3. Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build reporting dashboards.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide metrics or business data that can help to drive insights and manage performance.
5. Conduct data analysis, data visualization, data auditing and quality check.
6. Be able to work with unstructured data and with a large amount of data meticulously.

6 months
Requirements Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree Qualification. Mid career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 to 2021 (both years inclusive) from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service between 2019 to 2021 (both years inclusive).
