Practising Singapore Lawyers (All Levels)

Remuneration Overview:

Directors - Up to S$18,000 per month

Associate Directors - Up to S$15,000 per month

Senior Legal Associates - Up to S$12,000 per month

Legal Associates - Up to S$10,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for positions including Director, Associate Director, Senior Associate, and Associate. Daily tasks involve corporate and commercial legal matters, providing advice and representation in cross-border disputes, and participating in litigation and international arbitration cases. Responsibilities also include advising on shipping, oil and gas, engineering, construction, infrastructure disputes, and insolvency-related claims. We are also constantly involved in ground-breaking criminal law and family law work, and will be looking to expand our expertise in other areas of law.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in corporate and commercial law;
• Expertise in handling cross-border disputes and complex legal issues;
• Experience in litigation, international arbitration, and dealing with intricate facts;
• Familiarity with sectors such as shipping, oil and gas, engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects;
• Proficiency in advising on insolvency-related claims and liquidator duties;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Admitted to the Singapore Bar as a practicing lawyer;
• Relevant experience and qualifications in the legal field;
• Directors/Associate Directors with a book of business and/or looking to grow their book of business are welcome to apply for an explanatory discussion.
