The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client in the Public Service, and you will support the records digitisation initiatives and system implementation project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in Public Sector
  • 12 months contract
  • Salary: Up to $3800
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

  • Min Degree in Business Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Job Description.

  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee daily digitisation operations
  • Implement quality control and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate records preparation, metadata indexing, and file organisation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and relevant authorities
  • Analyse filing systems and develop digital file plans
  • Gather user requirements and support system development
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing and manage risks
  • Track system development progress
  • Design and deliver training programmes on records management
  • Create communication materials for staff engagement
  • Support staff transition to digital systems
