About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a solid background in tourism, food & beverage (F&B), hotel, or retail to independently drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll take ownership of your pipeline, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to our expansion in these dynamic industries.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential clients in tourism, F&B, hotel, and retail sectors.
  • Conduct persuasive pitches and close deals aligned with company targets.
  • Proposal & Deal Structuring:
  • Develop customized service proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Own end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to long-term satisfaction.
  • Address client needs and upsell additional services.
  • Market Strategy:
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine our offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within tourism, F&B, hotel, or retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client pipelines.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
