We are the largest Afterlife Venue in Singapore with an integrated one stop solution comprising of Funeral parlour halls and columbarium niches in Singapore.
We provide a new and innovative perspective to the funerary industry in Singapore.
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Experience is not critical but a passion to serve and help others is vital.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via walk-in, phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
· Handle reviews, feedback, and complaints efficiently and courteously
· Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues
· Handle correspondence, documentation, proper filing, and record management
· Provide administrative support to other departments such as Sales, Operations, and HR
· Continuously improve service quality and contribute ideas for process enhancements
· General administrative and clerical duties
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
To work independently and as part of a team
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Experience or Knowledge in the Funeral / Columbarium is an advantage
