About the Role
IIX is seeking a Consultant to support a Capital Raise initiative. The Consultant will work closely with senior leadership to manage and execute the capital raising process, including investor outreach, deal structuring support, and documentation preparation. The ideal candidate has prior exposure to M&A, private equity, investment banking, or strategic fundraising and is eager to apply that knowledge within a globally recognized institution that operates across the full spectrum of the impact investing ecosystem.
This role offers an opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization at the intersection of innovative inclusive finance, women empowerment, and climate action. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, and who resonates with IIX's values of Passion, Resilience, Equity, and Maverick thinking.
This is a consultancy role with potential for transition into a longer-term position, depending on performance and organizational needs.
