JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Omnichannel Demand Generation Lead to develop and execute a holistic, data-driven strategy to drive consumer demand and revenue across all channels in the Asia-Pacific region. This is a pivotal role in bringing to life our omnichannel demand capabilities across the division and driving demand generation for strategic initiatives within the region. The successful candidate will be hands-on and responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that spans across online and offline channels. As one of the key drivers of growth, you will focus on leveraging data, AI and technology to create personalized and impactful omni-experiences that accelerate business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy & Execution:: Develop a comprehensive omnichannel demand generation strategy with the Commercial Departments for the region, focusing on key strategic priorities.

  • Regional Capability Building: Act change agent for omnichannel demand generation within Asia Pacific. This involves working with the division and hubs/subs teams to upskill, provide best practices, and introduce new capabilities and technologies to enhance their marketing effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, digital, and regional marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with overall marketing initiatives. Work closely with our Customer development teams to ensure seamless omni-channel campaigns.

  • Technology & Innovation: Identify and champion the adoption of new marketing technologies and platforms (MarTech) that can enhance our omnichannel capabilities. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we maintain a competitive edge. Able to leverage the online and offline consumer data & insight to identify the key shopper behavior and generate business opportunities.

  • Content & Creative Oversight: Guide the creation of compelling content and creative assets that resonate with target audiences across different channels and stages of the buyer's journey. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all campaigns.

About You

  • Throughout your career you would have demonstrated your ability to build and lead social media brand, content / community, and paid media strategies (including KOL and Influencer management) to drive business growth and build brands
  • You have deep understanding of, and outspoken opinions on, the latest trends, technology, and learning cases from around the world that we should apply to our brands in APAC
  • You are a passionate team player who enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams of specialists to raise the bar on communications and do the right thing for our brands
  • You are fluent in the language of media metrics, prioritized KPIs, and full-funnel communications planning.
  • You have experience across all media channels and touchpoints, TV, digital, social and others.
  • You are an outstanding communicator who can rally a broad team around your vision, and who inspires and motivates people to push beyond their comfort zones

Desirable Experience

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2CB2B demand generation, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional or global omnichannel focused role.
  • Strategic & Tactical Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and execute a holistic demand generation strategy from the ground up. Hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing channels, including paid search, social media, SEO, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with a track record of influencing and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, marketing automation dashboards) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • MarTech Expertise: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach). Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) or customer data platforms (CDPs) is a significant plus.

Results-Oriented: A self-starter who is highly motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding demand generation goals.
