Role Overview We're looking for an AEO Specialist to help Omni become the go‐to source of HR knowledge for modern teams in Asia. You'll design and execute our Answer Engine Optimization strategy — ensuring Omni's content appears directly in AI‐powered search results and conversational platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. This role blends SEO, content strategy, and analytics. You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to structure information, build topical authority, and ensure our answers are discoverable, accurate, and useful. Responsibilities Develop and implement Omni's AEO strategy to increase visibility in AI‐powered and conversational search engines Optimize website and content structure for semantic search, schema markup, and rich‐answer compatibility Conduct keyword and question‐based research to identify high‐value topics in HR, payroll, and compliance Collaborate with writers and subject‐matter experts to craft authoritative, concise, and answer‐optimized content Analyze performance across traditional and AI‐driven search platforms, using insights to refine strategy Stay current with developments in search and generative AI to adapt Omni's content strategy accordingly Qualifications 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital growth — ideally with exposure to AI/answer‐based search Strong understanding of semantic search, structured data, and on‐page optimization Experience conducting keyword, intent, and content‐gap analysis Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity and accuracy Self‐starter who's curious about the intersection of content, AI, and search innovation Seniority Level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Full‐time Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Omni HR by 2×. #J-18808-Ljbffr
