Content Marketing Specialist (English, with Chinese proficiency)FXT is a fast‐growing fintech trading platform with customers across the globe. We're building a marketing hub in Singapore to scale our global presence. To support this growth, we're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who can craft compelling content in English while acting as a bridge between marketing and product teams in Mandarin. About the Role This is a hybrid position that blends content creation with internal product communication. You'll be responsible for producing content that drives awareness, education, and acquisition across blogs, ads, landing pages, email, and social channels. At the same time, you'll leverage your Chinese language skills to work closely with our product and tech teams, clarifying product updates, extracting key details, and ensuring the marketing team has accurate inputs to communicate with customers. You'll also support the CMO by acting as a point of contact with our Chinese‐speaking teams. We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa. What You'll Do Content Creation : Write blogs, ads, landing pages, emails, and social posts. Translate Product into Marketing : Liaise with product and tech teams in Chinese, then distill complex details into clear English messaging for campaigns and customers. Product Communication Bridge : Support the CMO by serving as a point of contact with Chinese‐speaking teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on product features and roadmaps. SEO & Education : Develop content that explains trading concepts and drives organic discovery. Campaign Support : Partner with design, paid media, and social media team to deliver consistent messaging across all channels. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in content creation. Strong English writing skills with a portfolio across blogs, ads, and campaign content. Fluent in Chinese (spoken + written) to engage product/tech stakeholders. Ability to simplify technical/financial topics into accessible, engaging content. Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services is a plus. Organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable switching between content creation and stakeholder communication.
