This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring the success of our client's growth strategies in Singapore. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, market research, marketing strategy, and client management and should have a strong grasp in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and in both strategic and creative mindset Responsibilities Developing and implementing creative digital marketing strategy and campaigns in line with brand plans and business priorities aimed at driving conversions. Planning and control of the digital marketing budget , allocating budgets to different channels from our clients. Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance. Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports for the client. Participate in our content creation plans and managing the Content calendar to ensure deadlines are met. Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns for clients. Build and maintain relationships with our Singapore influencers/content creators/affiliates and business communities. Works closely with our regional team to execute campaigns and deliverables Reports directly to the founder Requirements Send us your portfolio of creative works, videos and social media Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and social media management. Must be comfortable on camera , as well as being able to shoot and edit content Excellent analytical and enjoys problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
