Job Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

  • Drive store performance to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Cultivate a client-centric culture, emphasizing relationship-building and personalized service for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with brand expectations and luxury retail standards.
  • Analyze sales KPIs and client data to develop and implement effective strategies for growth and improvement.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated retail team committed to excellence in service and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and empowering team environment rooted in the brand's values.
  • Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure engagement, development, and alignment with business goals.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, effective stock management, and adherence to loss prevention protocols.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with seasonal brand guidelines.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in store or boutique management within the luxury retail sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury clientele behavior and retail best practices.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, retail POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering a luxury lifestyle experience.
