We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented talent to join our team as an Investment Analyst. He/She will support the real estate team by conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for potential real estate investments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability 

to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investors.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits, property inspections, and reviewing legal documents.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, legal advisors, and property managers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • As the firm's investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Real Estate, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
