Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate in the development of investment proposals and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Perform due diligence for potential investment properties, including site visits and legal document reviews.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of current real estate investments.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, including brokers and property managers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel to investment locations on short notice.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate or a related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Understanding of real estate market trends and valuation techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to develop in a fast-paced environment.
