Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the smooth running of daily workshop operations
  • Attend to customers' enquiries and requests for car servicing and repairs and make professional and appropriate repair recommendations/quotations
  • Assign jobs to technical team, issue job cards and monitor servicing and repair job status
  • Liaise with technicians and storekeepers for parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available when needed and communicate any time restrictions to customers promptly
  • Test drive after completion of repairs before contacting customers for the collection of their cars
  • Close job cards and explanation of any outstanding matters on vehicle to customers
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month + Sales commission

Education:

  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)

Experience:

  • related working: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Class 3 Driving Licence (Preferred)

Work Location: 5 Kim Chuan Lane S'pore

Work Time Profile:

  • Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
  • Saturday (09:00 - 15:00)
