Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and validate technical specifications and solution proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Conduct seminars, customer experience visits and presentations to key stakeholders within access control industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong key accounts management relationships, focusing on penetrating targeted verticals, EPC and owners.
  • Support the sales team by providing specification expertise to generate a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Assist Technical Advisor in all specification implementation plans & activities.
  • Collaborate closely with specification schedulers, sales, project management and operation teams to achieve individual and department goals.
  • Monitor and update on project information regularly.
  • Provide monthly updates on project status and follow-ups actions.
  • Prepare all necessary documentation and materials required for successful specification submissions.
  • Follow up through the specification stage and secure projects.

Key Competencies

  • Good level of Oil & Gas, FPSO service experience.
  • Good presentations & communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to recommend materials, procedures, and technical requirements and contents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, product specification, or project management within a related industry (e.g. Oil and Gas)
  • Prefer with understanding of Oil and Gasspecifications
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitates communication with China counterpart.
