Job Scope:

1. Production Planner

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
  • Optimize production capacity and resources to achieve efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Track production progress and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in order processing, quotation preparation, and customer follow-ups.
  • Liaise with customers to provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities when required.
