We're a creatively-led advertising & production company looking for a Senior Account Director / Client Partner to become the calm, smart, relationship-driven heart of the business. You'll lead client relationships, run projects end-to-end, translate between clients/creative/production, and keep everything moving with confidence and EQ. We want someone who
gets
both advertising and production, can talk ideas as easily as logistics, and loves being close to the work (not buried in bureaucracy). If you're an AD/SAM or hybrid suit–producer who wants real ownership, autonomy, and a front-row seat to great creative — this is a rare opportunity.

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Account Director / Client Partner who can take the lead on client relationships, run projects end-to-end, and be the first call clients want to make (so the creative partner doesn't have to be).

You'll be:

  • The primary point of contact for clients
  • The person clients trust, confide in and rely on
  • The interpreter between client needs and creative/production realities
  • The calm, organised, emotionally intelligent centre of the company
  • The one who ensures every project is delivered smoothly, on budget and on brief

You'll work closely with the creative partner and a producer/freelancer network to bring projects to life.

What You'll Do

Client leadership

  • Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
  • Lead briefs, scope discussions and day-to-day communication
  • Set expectations, manage feedback, and ensure clients feel looked after
  • Grow accounts organically through trust and quality of delivery

Project & Account Delivery

  • Own projects from briefing through delivery
  • Write proposals, scopes, timelines, budgets
  • Work with producers to build quotes and manage production planning
  • Facilitate smooth approvals, feedback loops and sign-off processes
  • Maintain visibility on multiple projects at once without dropping the ball

Advertising + Production Fluency

You should understand:

  • How agencies work
  • How clients think
  • How production runs

You don't need to be a producer — but you need to know what good production looks like, and how to steer a project confidently.

Internal Leadership

  • Be the operational counterpart to the creative partner
  • Keep the business running smoothly across client activity
  • Bring a sense of order, stability and organisation
  • Brief and manage freelance talent when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is a real hybrid thinker — someone who lives comfortably in both advertising and production worlds, and who understands people as much as process.

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Have 5–10+ years experience in an agency, production company, or hybrid environment
  • Are a natural relationship-builder with high EQ and sharp communication skills
  • Are calm, organised and great under pressure
  • Love creative work and can talk confidently about ideas and execution
  • Understand how shoots are put together (enough to guide a producer)
  • Can run multiple projects at once without chaos
  • Enjoy being close to the work, not buried under bureaucracy
  • Want real autonomy and partnership, not just task management

You may have been:

  • An Account Director or Senior Account Manager at an agency
  • A Producer who moved client-facing
  • A hybrid creative-operations type in a boutique studio
  • Someone who wants
    meaningful ownership
    rather than a cog-in-the-wheel role
