About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hotel Crew to join our team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' in the Changi Airport East Region, Singapore. As a Hotel Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This is a full-time position, offering opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's public areas and guest rooms
  • Assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages, as required
  • Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the hotel
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and security protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, friendly, and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more additional languages an advantage
