- Handle the full accounts payable process, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
- Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all payable transactions in SAP.
- Prepare payment runs and ensure payments are made according to company policy and deadlines.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports and assisting with account reconciliations.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address queries and ensure an effective workflow.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Has good knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
