Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized finance professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Executive.

Responsibilities
  1. Generate billing and claims details, schedules, credit note issuance, invoices correction, and resolve billing issues with customers through calls and emails.
  2. Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, send statements of accounts to customers, and assist with managing overdue accounts.
  3. Prepare internal management reports for reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable aging analysis, and cash flow tracking.
  4. Closely communicate with relevant departments to clarify discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  5. Ensure compliance with Goods and Service Tax regulations and financial reporting standards by recording all transactions properly.
Requirements
