Senior Product Management Executive (based in Singapore)
Scope of responsibility
Product Management & Strategy
- Manage and develop EmiNET's cybersecurity and/or storage product lines (firewalls, backup solutions, Hybrid cloud storage, DLP, endpoint security etc).
- Identify new product opportunities, vendor partnerships, and technology trends relevant to customer needs.
- Define product positioning, competitive differentiation, and pricing strategies.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Provide pre-sales support including solution design, technical presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare RFP/RFQ responses, BOMs, and solution diagrams.
- Support proof-of-concept deployments and demos for customers.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Work with cybersecurity and storage technology partners (Aruba, Checkpoint, Cisco, Dell/EMC, Fortinet, Huawei, Lenovo, Palo Alto, Synology, Wasabi etc.) to align solutions and certifications.
- Manage relationships with vendor product managers and ensure EmiNET meets certification, training, and sales requirements.
Marketing & Enablement
- Develop product collateral, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Conduct product training for internal sales/technical teams and customers.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events to promote products.
Customer Success
- Act as a product subject matter expert during customer engagements.
- Support post-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and translate it into product or solution enhancements.
Requirement
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in IT product management, pre-sales, or business development within cybersecurity and/or storage solutions.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies (firewalls, SSE/ZTNA, endpoint security, identity & access management, SIEM/SOC), and/or storage solutions (on-premise SAN/NAS, cloud storage, backup, disaster recovery, data protection).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) is an advantage.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure storage, CompTIA Security+, Dell EMC, Fortinet NSE, Huawei OceanStor, NetApp, PureStorage, Veeam…) are preferred.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Strong vendor and customer relationship management skills.
