About the role

As a Pastry Chef at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM', you will play a crucial role in creating delectable desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our customers. This full-time position is based in the Changi Point East Region of Singapore, where you will work alongside a talented team of culinary professionals to uphold our high standards of excellence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a wide range of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch, using high-quality ingredients
  2. Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all desserts and baked items
  3. Collaborating with the head chef to develop new and innovative dessert recipes
  4. Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
  5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to feedback

What we're looking for

  1. Formal training or a degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts
  2. 5+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  3. Expertise in a wide range of baking techniques and the ability to work with various doughs, batters, and pastries
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  5. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
